Аннотация: В статье обосновывается понятие преступности как искусственного социального конструкта. Показано, как современное уголовное законодательство делает каждого гражданина преступником. Приводятся примеры очевидно излишней криминализации ряда деяний.

CRIME AS EVERYDAY

Summary: The article substantiates the concept of crime as an artificial social construct. It is shown how modern criminal legislation makes every citizen a criminal. Examples are given of the obviously excessive criminalization of a number of acts.
